Primary Energy has a management contract with a subsidiary of Capital Power Income L.P. (the Manager).  As part of this agreement, the Manager provides the Company with dedicated employees and performs all non-executive and non-growth functions for a cost of about $3 million annually. Additionally, Capital Power Income owns a 14.3% interest in Primary Energy’s underlying assets through its ownership of 22 million common membership interests in Primary Energy Recycling Holdings LLC.
